Daniel M. O'Donoghue BE MBA MIEI
Associate Director and Team Leader in the Civil/Environmental Group, Dan is responsible for projects on residential, commercial and retail developments. Dan is a Chartered Engineer, with a Civil Engineering Degree and an MBA from NUI. Dan has over 30 years experience in the Civil/Environmental Sector.

Anne-Marie Conibear BE CEng MICE FIEI
Anne Marie Conibear graduated from UCD in 1991, and spent seven years working in the UK where she became a Chartered Engineer through the ICE. Anne Marie is currently a Team Leader and Project Manager in the Civil/Environmental Group, with a special interest in Flood Alleviation and River Engineering.

Richard Kent BEng(Hons) MBA DipMS CEng MIEI MICE MCIWEM
Richard Kent is an Associate of J. B. Barry and Partners Limited and a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 20 years experience in the Water Industry in Ireland, UK and overseas. He has a wide range of experience in the feasibility, design, build, operation and project management of Water and Wastewater Schemes by traditional and Design Build and Operate (DBO) Procurement Methods.

Martin Deegan BEng(Hons) MSc CEng MICE
Martin Deegan is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the feasibility, design and construction management of numerous civil engineering projects. Martins primary fields of expertise include contract administration, construction supervision, highway alignment design, the design of signalised junctions, traffic analysis, the implementation of bus corridors, cycle track schemes and measures to facilitate vulnerable road users, the compilation of CPO and EIS documents and Traffic Impact Assessments.

Garry Flood BSc (Eng) Hons CEng MIEI
Garry Flood is team leader with responsibility for the co-ordination and project management for a large variety of construction projects. He is a Chartered Structural Engineer with over 16 years experience in the design and supervision of construction projects in the residential, pharmaceutical, commercial and waste water industries. These include waste water treatment plant facilities, multi-storey offices in both reinforced and pre-cast concrete, structural steel buildings and foundation design in adverse ground conditions.

Eamonn Sweetman BE CEng DipPM MIEI
Eamonn is a graduate of the National University of Ireland and has over 20 years experience in the Project Management, Design and Construction Supervision of a broad range of civil engineering and building projects.  He acted as Lead Civil Engineer on the original Spencer Dock Development planning application and was also previously employed by Dublin City Council as Resident Engineer on several sewerage rehabilitation contracts in the city centre area.

Tom McKeown BSc CEng MICE MCIWEM
Tom is a Dublin based engineer with over 30 years experience and is currently an Associate Director with J. B. Barry and Partners Limited. He has been Project Manager, Programme Manager, Design Manager and Co-Ordinator on a variety of multi-disciplinary water treatment, storage, conveyancing and distribution schemes; including leak detection and watermains rehabilitation in United Arab Emirates and Southern England. He fulfilled similar roles on sewerage, UIDs / CSOs wastewater treatment and sludge treatment and drying schemes.

Bill O'Leary BBS MBA FCA
Bill O’Leary joined J. B. Barry and Partners Limited in 2005 as Financial Controller and was since appointed as Associate Director with responsibility for finance, information technology, business development and administration. Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse, Bill has gained extensive financial management experience in the UK and Ireland including International Paper Corporation, Grand Metropolitan plc and Telewest Communications plc.
Bill is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin and holds an MBA from Cranfield University.

Kieran O'Dwyer BE MIEI IAH
Kieran is a Civil Engineer with in excess of 30 years experience in the Environmental Consultancy sector. His specific specialties are Hydrogeology, Groundwater Supply development, Hydrology and Risk Assessment. Kieran's management and technical experience include the management of EIS, groundwater investigation programmes and development of regional groundwater supplies, wastewater discharge licence applications ,assimilative capacity assessments as well as project management and development of the environmental division of J. B. Barry and Partners Limited.

Tim Finn BE CEng MICE MIEI
Tim Finn joined the Cork office of J. B. Barry and Partners Limited in 1995, following work in the UK and Cork County Council. Tim is a Team Leader responsible for Civil Engineering projects in the Cork office.
