Motorway Service Areas
NRA Consultancy Services in relation to the development of 11 Service Areas (including petrol station, restaurant, parking, HGV facilities) on motorways and dual carriageways in Ireland.The first element of the works includes the selection/verification of the sites, preparation of design options, environmental reports, statutory procedures, and lead the subsequent Oral hearing.
Once the sites have been approved by An Bord Pleanala, the sites will be procured through EJEU in 3 Tranches as PPP & D&B schemes. Halcrow Barry will manage the prequalification process and assisit in the preparation of the PPP contract documentation. After tender selection Halcrow Barry will monitor the works and advise the Client during the construction period.
