M3 - Clonee to Kells (64 Km)

Project Summary
The appointment includes for the Route Selection, Preliminary Design, Specimen Design and Public Private Partnership Tender Documents and Client’s Representative during the construction period. Additional services included preparation of the Environmental Impact Statement, Project Supervisor Design Stage and survey design and management including geotechnical.

The project initially included the 16km of grade separated dual carriageway with 2 interchanges, 10 structures and 25 culverts. The scheme was joined to adjacent schemes at similar stages of design for the purpose of Preliminary design Report and Oral Hearing. The combined scheme is 64km long and stretches from Clonee to North of Kells. (Currently under construction)
