Highways
The Transportation Department was formed in 1998 to take advantage of the expanding market driven by the national roads
programme. J. B. Barry and Partners Limited, together with the Halcrow Group, operating as Halcrow Barry have been successful in
securing a number of large highway schemes.
Halcrow Barry have been delivering projects to the NRA and Local Authorities from inception to handover, including
construction monitoring.
