The Traffic & Road Safety Engineering Team within J. B. Barry and Partners Limited have built up a strong client base by dispensing advise and expertise on a wide range of issues relating to transportation and traffic movement.   • Design Process Traffic Management Plans for local authorities, contractors, clients and consulting engineers in full compliance with Chapter 8 and Guidance for the Control and Management of Traffic at Road Works (DOE)
