Project Description:
Commissioned by Cosgrave Property Developments, Meridian Point is a mixed Commercial and Residential development built
on a 3 acre site in the heart of Greystones, Co. Wicklow.
The development contains 1,600 sq.m. of retail space, comprising 10 retail units and 2 restaurants, 37 luxury apartments
built in 2 blocks and 6 houses. There is also an underground carpark which is beneath the apartment blocks and incorporated
into the retail units.
