Project Description:
Trading since 1845, Arnotts is the oldest and largest department store in Ireland.
Located in the heart of Dublin city on Henry Street and with frontage on Abbey
Street and Liffey Street, Arnotts boasts 42,000 sq.m. of retail space.
This project consisted of an additional 30,000 sq.m. retail area and a 400 bay
carpark in a six storey building over basement.
Close co-operation was required with the Client and the other Design Team
members throughout the Design and Construction Stages to ensure disruptions to
the existing Department Store were kept to a minimum.
