Project Description:
The Baldoyle development is a major mixed use development, the entire campus is comprised of 2,600 residential units,
and substantial commercial and retail space along with a feature town square located beside a new rail station.
The main elements of this project
were a flood study of the Mayne River, major infrastructural works and feature buildings in the town square.
