Project Description:
St. Helens House was originally built in 1750, and is one of Irelands most treasured national monuments. The house is located on the Stillorgan road on the south side of Dublin city.
The Radisson, St. Helens is a 5 star 151 bedroom hotel along with bars, restaurants, 11 meeting rooms and 220 space carpark.
The goal of this project was to bring St. Helens House into the 21st century without visually impacting on the original features of the house. As part of the civil / structural engineering servicesJ. B. Barry & Partners designed a sympathetic conservatory and bedroom wing.
