Project Description:
Built in three seperate five storey blocks overlooking Dublin Bay, the Westpier Business Park is a landmark development in
DunLaoghaire. The three blocks that make up Westpier have a total floor area of 13,000 sq.m. containing commercial
office space with a 200 bay car park.
Prior to the Westpier Business Park, the site was a heavily contaminated gas works site.
J. B. Barry & Partners were consultants on the successful remediation works and also provided civil and structural
engineering services.
