Project Description:
Park West is one of the largest office developments planned in Ireland, consisting of 72 separate buildings in 4 Sectors and a suburban rail station. J. B. Barry & Partners have been involved with the project since it started in 1997 and to date have completed Engineering Services and Construction Monitoring for Sectors 1 and 4 comprising 21 separate buildings.
Precast concrete frames were chosen for the buildings following a tender process in which designs were also undertaken for reinforced concrete and steel frames.
