Project Description:
Beaux Lane House is located in Dublin City Centre,
directly behind the St. Stephens Green Shopping Centre. The building boasts
14,000 sq.m. of commercial office space over 6 floors with an underground
double basement carpark.
J. B. Barry & Partners carried out the Civil
& Structural engineering services on this project and also monitored
construction. The planning was greatly assisted by the inclusion of the
preferred building contractor in the design process.
