Project Summary
The Via Baltica is a strategic trans-European route linking the Baltic States and western Russia to Europe via Poland. The project comprised the implementation of a Feasibility Study for the Via Baltica Entrance to Riga (Jaunciema Avenue to Vairoga Street - 8 Km). The Study examined the route into and through Riga, identified a proposed new alignment and prepared a Preliminary Design, Environmental Impact Report and Economic Feasibility Study for the project.
