Project Summary
Review of design, assistance in preparation of ISPA Application for EU Funding and preparation of Tender Dossier for the construction of a Solid Waste Landfill at Ventspils, the provision of equipment to operate the Solid Waste Management project and the closure and rehabilitation of existing dumpsites in Ventspils region.

Services Provided
  • Detailed engineering design review, including landfill embankments lined with butyl rubber, leachate collection system and treatment, access roads and stormwater drainage, associated structures and services, specification of equipment required, preparation of drawings, specifications and bills of quantities.
  • Preparation of ISPA Application including review and summary of EIA, Economic Analysis of the project and technical review.
  • Preparation of Tender & Contract Documents for international competitive bidding under EU Procurement rules using the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction (1999 – RED BOOK)
