Marketing Coordinator - Dublin

This role is based in our Dublin office. The ideal candidate will be working with our well-established marketing and business development department. Salary: Negotiable

Position: Full-Time or Part-Time, flexible dependant on candidate

Reporting directly to our Business Development Manager the Marketing Coordinator will assist in expanding our business through marketing initiatives, social media, website maintenance and tender and proposal support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing standard and bespoke marketing material including project Data Sheets, Curriculum Vitae, Reports and Presentations.
  • Drafting marketing copy and updating the company website on a regular basis
  • Drafting marketing copy and managing social media platforms
  • Supporting tenders by preparing prequalification, tender and proposal documents to strict deadlines
  • Supporting Sales and Marketing plans
  • Assisting in relevant adhoc projects and promotions as required by the business

Knowledge, Skills and Experience


  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver at short notice to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work as part of a dynamic fast paced team
  • Excellent organisation skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong Software skills – Advanced MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
  • Experience of Publishing software: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and website interface software.


  • 1/2 years relevant experience working in a Business Development or Marketing team in a professional services organisation
  • Relevant Degree or qualification
  • Positive attitude and ability to work on own initiative
  • Experience in writing marketing copy and producing high quality marketing material
  • Awareness of and aptitude to understand the business and market of Consulting Engineers
  • Knowledge of the public procurement tendering process
  • Understanding of Customer Relationship Management
